With over 18 years of experience in the construction, architecture, and urban planning industries, I am a passionate and innovative project manager and the President & CEO of Inception Engineering and Consulting, LLC. I plan, organize, and direct the completion of various projects, including commercial and residential developments, while overseeing all aspects from design to construction.

My core competencies include construction management, contract management, project planning and scheduling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, simulation and modeling, building information modeling (BIM), and virtual design and construction (VDC). I hold a PhD in Construction Management from the University of Florida, where I taught and conducted research on artificial intelligence in construction, automated construction, artificial neural networks, deep learning, and sustainable construction. I am a licensed professional engineer (PE) and hold certifications in OSHA 30-hour construction, CPR, AED, and first aid. I am fluent in English and Persian and have received multiple awards for my academic and professional achievements.

My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions for my clients and stakeholders, while advancing the state-of-the-art in the AEC industry.
